If you want to increase your metabolism than you can continue to eat the food rich in calories but along with that you should do regular work out and do the exercise that are related to your muscles.

To increase metabolism increase the number of meals in a day, do walk for at least 35 to 40 minutes in a day, do regular work out, and consider all the supplements in your food that means proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats.

First, start exercise to lose weight faster. Cardio is the best exercise to start lose weight. Avoid all junk and oily food in your diet. Drink plenty of water and you can try with hot water with honey and lemon.

There are lot of way to increase metabolism like work harder in a day and do lots of exercise. Go for early morning walk and Do yoga. Take food and vegetables more n your food and avoid junk food.
